Born and raised in Riverhead, Tim Hubbard graduated from Riverhead High School, attended Suffolk County Community College and then began a 32 year career with the Riverhead Town Police Department. He worked his way up from part time officer to a Detective 1st Grade, certified by The FBI in Advanced Crime Prevention. Among his management responsibilities, he prepared the annual budget for the Juvenile Aid Bureau and Police Athletic League. He administered the Town’s PAL program for over 22 years,fostering its growth to over 900 local youth participants. He is married to his wife Lisa, has 5 children and 4 grandchildren.
